There is absolutely nothing wrong with The Velvet Teen. I still sport their pins on my first and favorite blue vest. I’m so grateful for them to ever enter my life. TVT sounds like everyone and no one. Electro noise, sweet death metal, uplifting ballads and just straight rock that slams into the kick drum. So hard that it falls apart. #truestory

Washed Out’s sold out show at the Great American Music Hall was magic. Everyone around was jumping because there was no other way to express our love and excitement for Ernest Greene. Opener Chain Gang of 1974 is lead by Kamtin Mohager. He immediately gave his all and like a good host made you feel welcome. I was dancing and suddenly Kamtin is dancing next to me. Definitely happy I finally got to see Chain Gang. Class Actress was next and she played the leading role in a Mission boys wet dream. She soared off our energy and won over every person in that room. Such a good evening.
